Shipping and Return Policy
All orders must be prepaid via credit card or approved payment terms. Taft 360 does not ship COD.
While we strive to maintain accurate inventory, items may sell out before inventory levels are updated. If an item is purchased that is not currently in stock, the customer will be notified. The ability to place an order does not guarantee current availability. Customers are encouraged to contact customer service to confirm stock status prior to ordering.

Shipping rates listed apply to orders shipped within the continental United States (lower 48 states, excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Ground shipments are sent via UPS, FedEx, or USPS with tracking. LTL shipments will be sent via the most appropriate carrier with tracking provided.
Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii will ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS only. Additional freight charges apply based on weight and destination.
Once an order has shipped and has been accepted by the carrier, the carrier assumes all risk and liability for the shipment.
Taft 360 does not process international orders due to fraud risk and export limitations on certain products.
Normal shipping days are Monday through Friday, excluding recognized holidays.
Customers must provide a valid street address where someone is available to receive and sign for the shipment.
Certain products are restricted and may only be shipped to authorized agency or business addresses.

Return & Exchange Policy
This policy applies only to orders purchased directly through Taft 360 online channels. Purchases made through third-party or retail locations must be handled through those sellers.
Returned or exchanged items must:
Returns for Refund
Eligible full-priced, current-style items may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method for the purchase price of the item(s), less applicable shipping costs.
Refund processing may take up to 10 business days once received and approved.
Returns for Exchange
Eligible items may be exchanged within 30 days, subject to availability.
Any price difference will be charged or credited to the original payment method upon approval.
Product images may not exactly match received items due to manufacturer updates or revisions.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Items showing any of the following are ineligible:
Wear and tear, scratches, dents, tears, holes
Damage to lenses or optics
Dirt, sand, water damage, deodorant or makeup stains, pet hair
Odors such as smoke, perfume, or cologne
Missing or damaged original packaging (including footwear boxes)
Missing inserts, manuals, warranty cards, or accessories
For health and hygiene reasons: underwear, socks, and earpieces
Custom Product Policy
Custom, altered, engraved, decorated, or specially ordered items (including badges, body armor, name bars, and other custom products) are final sale and non-returnable unless the return is due to a Taft 360 error or manufacturer defect.
Defective custom items require prior authorization (RMA) before return.
Taft 360 reserves the right to deny any return.
Electronic Items
Electronic products such as body-worn cameras, weapon-mounted cameras, and audio devices are non-returnable to Taft 360 and must be handled directly through the manufacturer per their warranty and return policies.
Apparel
Returned apparel must be:
Unworn, unmodified, and unlaundered
Returned with all original tags and packaging in like-new condition
Include all accessories, hangtags, and documentation
Footwear
Footwear must be returned in the original manufacturer box.
The original footwear box may not be used as the shipping box.
Footwear worn outside is not eligible for return unless defective.
Body Armor
Due to the nature of body armor products:
All sales are final once shipped
Orders cannot be changed or canceled after 24 hours without a 25% restocking fee
Fit or alteration issues must be reported within 30 days of receipt
An RMA is required prior to return for approved alterations
Hazmat / ORM-D Items
Certain hazardous or regulated items are non-returnable, including:
Pepper spray and chemical defense products
Lubricants, cleaning solutions, select first aid kits, and flares
If uncertain, contact Taft 360 customer service prior to attempting a return.
Firearms, Ammunition, & Accessories
Firearms and ammunition are non-returnable unless shipped in error by Taft 360.
Mounted optics or installed sights are not eligible for return.
Warranty and firearm repair shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise covered by the manufacturer.
Product Warranty
Many products sold by Taft 360 carry manufacturer warranties. Warranty claims should be directed to the manufacturer. Taft 360 can assist by providing manufacturer contact information upon request.
Vehicle Equipment
