Shipping and Return Policy

While we strive to ship orders the same day they are placed, same-day shipping cannot be guaranteed.

• Delivery dates are not guaranteed.
• Carrier delays due to weather or unforeseen events are outside Taft 360's control.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable for delayed deliveries.
• Ground shipping does not include guaranteed delivery dates.
• Orders must be prepaid via approved payment methods. COD orders are not accepted.
• Normal shipping days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
• Tracking information is provided on eligible shipments.
• Additional freight charges apply to Alaska and Hawaii.
• International orders are not accepted.
• Customers must provide a valid street address where someone can receive the shipment.
• Certain restricted products may only ship to authorized agency or business addresses.

• Inventory levels are updated regularly but availability is not guaranteed.
• If an item is unavailable after purchase, our team will contact you.
• Customers may contact Taft 360 before ordering to verify inventory.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.

Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days.

• Original packaging with tags attached
• Unaltered, unworn, and unlaundered
• Original receipt or order confirmation

Refunds

• Issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Processing may take up to 10 business days.

• Taft 360 provides a lifetime warranty on installation workmanship
• Manufacturer warranties apply to all equipment and products.
• Warranty does not cover: Misuse or abuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
