Quote Validity & Pricing

• All pricing is valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated
• Pricing is subject to change due to:
  • Manufacturer increases
  • Supply chain changes
  • Other unforeseen price fluctuations
• Final pricing is confirmed at time of order placement

Parts & Materials

• Parts may be billed upon arrival or prior to installation
• All equipment is subject to manufacturer availability
• Taft 360 reserves the right to substitute equivalent or upgraded products if necessary

Vehicle Procurement

• If applicable, Taft 360 may facilitate ordering the vehicle directly from the dealer
• Vehicle pricing, availability, and timelines are subject to dealer and manufacturer conditions
• Taft 360 is not responsible for manufacturer delays

Installation & Scheduling

• Project scheduling begins upon quote approval and/or deposit
• Customer must provide:
  • Vehicle access
  • Required information to build completion
• Taft 360 is not responsible for delays caused by:
  • Backordered parts
  • Customer scheduling conflicts
  • Manufacturer delays

Payment Terms

• Deposit may be required prior to ordering parts or vehicle
• Remaining balance due:
  • Upon completion
  • Per agreed payment structure
• Late payments may result in
  • Delayed delivery
  • Additional fees

Warranty

• Taft 360 provides a lifetime warranty on installation workmanship
• Manufacturer warranties apply to all equipment and products
• Excluding labor to replace warranty items
• Warranty does not cover:
  • Misuse or abuse
  • Unauthorized modifications
  • Normal wear and tear

Liability & Use

• Customer assumes responsibility for:
  • Proper use of all equipment
  • Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Taft 360 is not liable for:
  • Improper use of installed equipment
  • Third-party modifications or repairs

Delivery

• Taft 360 offers FREE vehicle pickup and delivery nationwide
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on:
  • Location
  • Project scope
  • External delays

Financing (If Applicable)

• Financing is subject to approval by third-party partners
• Terms, rates, and structures are determined by the financing provider
• Taft 360 is not a lender
