    • How the donation/sponsorship will be recognized (logo placement, announcement, booth, etc.)

    • Proof of tax-exempt status (if applicable)
    • Where to send items (or how pickup/delivery will work)

    Do you sponsor events outside Wisconsin?

    Sometimes. Priority is generally given to our local and regional community, but we consider requests based on alignment and capacity.

    How far in advance should we submit?

    As early as possible. A few weeks is better than a few days—especially if physical items, printing, or fulfillment are involved.

    What types of requests are less likely to be approved?

    Requests without clear details, last-minute submissions, or initiatives that do not align with our community focus may be declined.

    Can you donate products or services instead of cash?

    Yes. Depending on availability, we may be able to provide product donations, gift cards/store credit, or in-kind services through Taft 360 Customs.
